Power adapter 

The power adapter connects to the DML 3000 power connection port at one end and 

to the power cord at the other end. 

Important

: Only use the power adapter provided with the DML 3000. Use of a power 

adapter other than the one provided with the DML 3000 voids the warranty.

USB-to-Serial converter 

The USB-to-Serial converter is an external expansion COM port module that converts 

a USB port on the HC2 System PC to two 9-pin serial COM ports for serial 

connectivity. A USB converter will need to be used if a Rapid Capture

®

 System (RCS) 

or laboratory information system (LIS) is connected to the same HC2 System PC as
