3.1.7 Using the BLU-V Incubation Box (optional)
The BLU-V Incubation Box is intended for light-protected incubation of reaction
solutions containing photo-reactive reagents. The BLU-V Incubation Box and a
second BLU-V Sample Holder for use with it must be ordered separately. For
details, see Appendix B: BLU-V System Accessories.

The procedure for use of the BLU-V Incubation Box is as follows:
1.
Set up the reaction solutions in tubes with volumes up to 2 ml.
2.
Open the BLU-V Incubation Box and insert the BLU-V Sample Holder.
3.
Place the tubes into the BLU-V Sample Holder.
4.
Close the protective shield and keep it closed during incubation.
5.
When incubation is complete, the BLU-V Sample Holder containing the tubes
can be transferred into the BLU-V System.
