To modify an existing program to become a new program
:
Select the desired program to modify by pressing the “P” button once. The light next to the PROGRAM
LIBRARY Icon will illuminate. The Program Indicator (e.g. P01) will flash on the display. While the
Program Indicator is still flashing, select the desired heating program with the INCREASE or DECREASE
buttons. When the Program Indicator stops flashing, the pre-saved values for the selected program will
appear on the display.
Follow directions above as indicated in the “To set parameters” section. Once the Temperature and
Heating Time have been set to the desired settings, press the “P” button for 4 seconds. Memorization
is confirmed by a beep and the program number. NEN will appear on the display.
LAMP button
When the oven door is opened, the lamp is ON.
When the oven door is closed the lamp is OFF
When the LAMP button is pressed, the light will illuminate for 60 seconds.
OVEN DOOR
When the door is opened, the TIMER is PAUSED. The DOOR OPEN red LED light illuminates. When the
door is closed, the OPEN DOOR green LED light illuminates. The lamp is off.
POWER FAILURE
In case of power failure during the heating cycle, the oven enters OFF position.
SIGNALS AND ALARMS
Alarms appear on the display.
A continuous beep warns of an anomaly. The beep can be stopped by pressing START/STOP.
ER1 Chamber probe alarm.

The oven shuts down, however, the lamp remains on.
ER2 Oven safety thermostat alarm.

Heating malfunction of the oven.
•
The oven shuts down.
ER4 Button malfunction.

Function button failure.
