Low battery
-
The on board battery is not charged to capacity and if left could result in a system
failure. Usually due to mains power switched off.
Mains failure
-
The ac mains voltage has been interrupted to the control panel. Failure to rectify this
condition will lead to a low battery condition.
Arming with premises vacated:
Arm away:
Close all doors, etc.
Keypad display “System ready”.
Enter 4-digit user code.
Keypad display “Exit now”.
Exit via exit route and lock premises within the prescribed exit time.
All zones are armed.
Disarm system:
Open entry door, keypad will buzz:
Continuous buzz = system normal. Enter 4-digit user code to disarm. Keypad displays system
information.
Intermittent buzz = Alarm condition. Use caution when entering premises. Keypad display alarmed
zones.
Enter 4-digit user code. All audible warnings stop.
Keypad displays “Alarm memory” zones.
Enter 4-digit user code again to clear the memory condition.
Keypad displays system information.
All zones except 24hour live zones are now disarmed.
Arming with premised occupied:
Home arm:
Press "Home" key and enter a 4-digit user code.
Keypad displays “Arm & Home”.
All zones are armed except zones programmed as home zones.
Normal entry exit functions apply.
Welcome mode:
While system is home armed, pressing of the “Home” key enables a 2 minute timer on the entry exit
doors, allowing entry or exit from within the protected area without having to disarm the system.
These points will revert back to their normal armed state at the end of this timer.
Instant arming:
While armed in the home mode, press the "Instant" key for 2 seconds.
Keypad displays “Armed home instant”.
All entry exit delay points are now instant zones.
To revert back to home arm, press the "Instant" key for 2 seconds.
Disarm system:
Entering of a 4-digit user code in any of the above conditions will disarm the system.
Bypassing of a zone:
If a zone is faulty, the system cannot be armed until the zone has been bypassed.
Press “Bypass” key.
Keypad displays ”Enter, use code to bypass".
Enter a 4-digit user code.
