Mounting Angle Braces

Insert two drop in nuts into
inner stand leg t-slots.

Insert drop in nuts into
conveyor frame’s t-slot.

Align angle brace over drop
in nuts in stand.

Insert socket head cap screws
through angle brace and into
drop in nuts on stand (do not fully
tighten).

Slide up and align angle
brace with drop in nuts in
frame.

Insert socket head cap screws
through angle brace and into
nuts in conveyor frame.

Tighten socket head cap
screws on frame.

Tighten socket head cap
screws on stand.

Check with bubble level to
ensure conveyor is level.

Repeat for opposite side.
Injury is possible if the stands are not lagged to the floor, cross ties are not used, or angle braces are not present. Never place a conveyor in operation until all proper
mounts are installed and secured.
Warning:
Moving conveyors with casters can create dynamic forces that could tip the conveyor. Use caution when moving a conveyor with casters.
