Click on certain area, then you can add new low level user; right click on some user, you can
delete low level user.
(Level definition: registered super user> super user> advanced user> common user, and network
user> local user)
2.7.2 Modify Users and select right level
Select certain user, and all the relevant information, such as user‘s name

forbidden information will be displayed in the selected user’s area. If the present logged user is
super user, then he can modify other users’ level

type and forbidden information except its own.
Meanwhile, user can low its own level.
Besides, super user and advanced user have the right to modify other selected users’ control
