The Q-BOT will collect energy while descending, and the motor will work as a power generator and store electricity in the 

Battery Pack. Thus continuous descents will allow you to travel longer distances on one charge. 

When  the  battery  is  full,  charging  the  battery  this  way  could  cause  damage  to  the  battery,  therefore  the  system  will 

automatically lower the max speed to reduce the possibility of excessive charging.

Using the Battery Pack                                                                                     

This chapter describes how to charge and maintain your Q-BOT Battery Pack. 

4.1.

 

Battery Safety 

For your safety and the safety of others, and to maximize Battery Pack life and performance, follow the instructions in this 

Manual. 

 

 

 

Do not use the Battery Pack if the casing is broken, emits an unusual odor or is excessively warm or leaks any substance. 

 

Follow  the  instructions  for  charging  and  storage,  otherwise  the  Battery  Pack  could  fully  discharge  over  time,  causing 

permanent damage.   

 

Charging  time  for  the  Q-BOT  is  about  3.5  hours.  The  charger  will  power  off  automatically  after  the  Battery  Pack  is  fully 

charged.
