DELTA-T MODE

This mode measures the temperature at the server inlet and outlet, and ultimately
will be used to determine how much cold air flows through a server or set of three
servers. Use two WIFI-BUDDY systems, one at the server inlet and one at the server
outlet. Select the “delta-T” mode collect data every 1 minute scans.

Steps:

1.

Press start scan to start Delta-T scan

The customized options are similar to the

LongScan

2.

Select the View Data to see the data in table form.

3.

Select View Graph to see graph of the time-trend data. Users can switch between
individual modules and seeing all three Modules at one time.

4.

Press the “Settings” Button to customize the Delta-T Scan graph and set ASHRAE
limits.

5.

The Cooling Efficiency Screen allows users to visualize the air performance in the
data center.
