WARNING
:
•
Always observe the safety instructions when working with the pump.
•
Make sure that the equipment cannot slip or tip over and injure people or cause material damage.
•
Rinse the equipment thoroughly with clean water before working on it.
•
After disassembly, rinse the components with water.
Check that you have met the following requirements:
•
Before using welding or power hand tools, check that there is no risk of explosion.
•
Allow all system and pump components to cool before handling.
•
Check that the product and all its components are thoroughly cleaned.
•
Do not open any vent or drain valves or remove any plugs when the system is under pressure. Before
disassembling the pump, removing plugs, or disconnecting piping, ensure that the pump is isolated from
the system and that the pressure is relieved.
Pump cleaning
Remove any dirt from the outer surface of the pump and wash the unit. Pay particular attention to the
impeller area.
Checking the pump surface
Check if the paint is not chipped, that there is no damage and that there are no loose bolts and nuts. If the
paint is peeled off, allow the pump to dry and repair the paint.
NOTE:
If the pump needs to be disassembled due to damage or loose bolts or nuts, contact the dealer from whom
you purchased the equipment or the manufacturer's representative in your area.
