2.4 User safety
General safety rules

Always keep the work area clean.

Be aware of the dangers posed by gases and vapours in the work area.
•
Avoid all electrical hazards. Be aware of the risk of electric shock or arc flash.
•
Always be aware of the risks of drowning, electrical accidents and burns.

Electrical installation
Wiring must be performed by certified electricians in accordance with all international, national, state and
local codes. For more information on requirements, see the section specifically on wiring.

Comply with the following waste and emissions regulations:

Properly dispose of all waste.

Dispose of processed liquids according to applicable environmental regulations.
•
Clean up all spilled liquids according to safety and environmental procedures.

Recycling instructions
Always recycle according to the instructions below:

Follow local laws and regulations regarding recycling if the equipment or its parts will be accepted by an
authorized recycling company.

If the first instruction does not apply, return the equipment or parts to the nearest Pumpa a.s.
