2.2 Product warranty
Extent of validity
The manufacturer undertakes to repair the following defects in the product sold by it, under the following
conditions:
•
Defects caused by defects in design, materials or workmanship.
•
Defects will be reported to the service centre of Pumpa a.s. within the warranty period.
•
The product will be used only under the conditions specified in this manual.
•
The tracking device installed in the product will be properly connected and used.
•
All servicing and repairs will be carried out by personnel authorised by the manufacturer.
•
Original manufacturer's parts will be used.
Limitations
The warranty does not cover defects caused by:
•
Improper maintenance
•
Improper installation
•
Modifications or changes to the product and installations made without consulting the manufacturer
•
Improperly performed repairs
•
Normal wear and tear
The manufacturer accepts no liability for:
•
Injury
•
Material damage
•
Economic losses
Complaints
The products are of high quality and are expected to operate reliably and have a long service life. However,
if they need to be claimed, please contact the service centre.
2.3 Safety
Warning
•
Operators must be familiar with safety precautions to prevent injury.
•
All pressurized equipment may explode, rupture or leak contents when pressurized. Take all
necessary precautions to prevent over-pressurization.
•
Operating, installing, or maintaining the equipment in a manner not specified in this manual may
cause death, serious injury, or damage to the equipment. This includes any modification to the
equipment or use of parts not supplied by the manufacturer. If you have questions about the
intended use of the product, contact the service centre before proceeding.
•
This manual clearly states the accepted procedures for disassembly of the equipment. These
methods must be followed. Sealed liquid can expand rapidly and cause an explosion resulting in
injury. Never heat impellers, blades, or their mounting devices to facilitate disassembly.
•
Use the product according to the instructions.
