Care and Maintenance
Despite the excellent quality of the machine, you should make the following checks regularly every 4 weeks for
safety reasons:
•
Check all components for ease of movement in particular those susceptible to wear and tear such as rollers,
screws and bolts and ensure proper movement. Locking pins and set screws must be greased if necessary.
•
Clean the frame parts floor mats regularly with lukewarm water and a microfibre cloth. Use no solvents,
chloride, polish, chemical cleaning products or wax polishes. Use only disinfectants approved by the manu-
facturer for the disinfection of the padding. As disinfectant and cleaning agent only wipe disinfection or a
cloth may be used. If you use a spray it cannot be ruled out that moisture lands on areas that cannot be
completely dried resulting in corrosion.
•
After a training session, disinfect the padding with commercially available wipe disinfectants.
•
In order for the machine to remain technically sound any parts damaged due to wear and tear should be
immediately replaced with original parts and the machine should not be used until it is repaired.
•
Use the maintenance plan given on delivery to maintain the machines.
Note!
If you do however fine some unexpected damage stop the training immediately. If there is a
problem, which you cannot easily solve then contact the proxomed
