5.6 PTZ Control
5.6.1 Cruise Setup
Open PTZ setting menu if you have PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) camera installed and would like to
control the PTZ camera to move to a preset point.

PTZ direction control:
Control PTZ moving direction.

Zoom, Focus and Iris Control:
control direction,
zoom, focus and iris of PTZ.

Setup:
Click to set Cruise control points.
Under the PTZ Control menu, you will have the options to
perform the following operations.
POINT
: Indicates the number of the points set under the
“CRUISE SETTING” menu.
SET POINT
: Set the current coordinate that the PTZ
camera is pointing to as the settings for the numbered
point.
CLEAN POINT
: Clears all settings of the numbered point.
CALL POINT
: Click to load the settings of the numbered
point (the PTZ camera will also point to the loaded point).
AUTO SCAN
: Continuously turn the PTZ camera.
STOP SCAN
: Stop turning the PTZ camera.
SET CRUISE
: Click to open the “CRUISE SETTING”
Menu.
Use this CRUISE SETTING menu to set a sequence of
points for your PTZ camera to point at. You will need to
only view the camera you would like to control before
entering this screen in order to control that specific
camera.
POINT
: Indicates the number of the current point.
STOP TIME
: Set the duration of the camera will point at
the set point before moving to the next set point.
SET
: Set the current PTZ camera position as the
numbered point.
CLEAR
: Clear all set point in Cruise Setting.
CALL
: Click to load the settings of the numbered point.
SAVE
: Store the set sequence of point in memory.
To start Cruise, exit this PTZ and click “Start Cruise” of the pop-up menu.
5.7 Mute
Click “MUTE” of the pop-up menu to enable and display sound.
5.8 Manual Rec
Click “MANUAL REC” of the pop-up menu to start manual recording.
