Note:
If the default resolution of 1=0.1 m{ft}{yds}{inch}of the
“Length Offset” (DW14) parameter is too
large, then an enhanced resolution “Length Offset” of 1=0.001 m{ft}{yds}
{inch} can be factory-enabled
in the SL / SLR gauge.

When no object is present, laser light from the QS186LE laser emitter illuminates the QS18 NPN
sensor and its SIG output is pulled low; hence the SL / SLR gauge “Length hold” function must
be set
to “active low”.

Select “Length hold” for logic inputs 1
and 2.
Select “Reset length” for logic input γ.
