The charts in this section show the maximum emissions allowed for the FCC in the
United States. These data should only be considered guidelines. Consult official FCC
documents for the latest official regulations.
In the 2.4 GHz band, the maximum
Equivalent Isotropically Radiated Power
(EIRP) is
4W for multipoint links: that is, radios with omnidirectional antennas. Point-to-Point links
using directional antennas are allowed higher EIRP.
