Foreign AP Detection Settings
Clicking on the Settings button in the Foreign AP Detection window opens a dialog box
allowing the setting of Foreign AP Detection parameters.
Scan Settings
Description
Masters
Check this checkbox to use all Masters in
Connected RLX2s
as a
source of scan data.
Repeaters
Check this checkbox to use all Repeaters in
Connected RLX2s
as a
source of scan data.
Scan Period
Sets the time interval at which the IH Browser queries enabled
Masters and/or Repeaters for their scan information. Valid interval is
between 30 and 3600 seconds.
Enable Notifications
Description
Foreign APs
When checked a notification is made when a new Foreign AP is
detected.
New Connected RLX2 When checked a notification is made when a new RLX2 is added to
the
Connected RLX2s
section.
Communication Settings Description
Pop Up
When checked a pop-up is used as means of a notification.
Note:
At present this is the only communication mechanism for
notification events.
