The sequence counter field in the returned block is set to the last successfully 
processed block 9968 from the ControlLogix processor. Compare this value to 
that sent by the ControlLogix processor. If the values match, the events can be 
removed from the ControlLogix processor. If the values do not match, or the 
ControlLogix processor does not receive a 9968 block, the ControlLogix 
processor must re-send the block.
