3.13
The optional equipment of the trailer includes hydraulically lifted side walls – figure (3.11).
The front columns (2) form the immovable front wall and the rear columns (3) make the fixed
rear wall. The carriages (9) which are installed on the columns lift and lower the side walls (1)
while moving vertically along the columns. The arms (4) moving horizontally in the carriages
(9) simultaneously cause the side walls to move apart and the lower profile (11) to be lifted by
means of the cable (8). Such solution significantly facilitates the loading operation by
expanding the operating area for the equipment loading up the trailer. The carriages (9) are
moved vertically by means of the cylinders (6) while the arms (4) are horizontally moved by
means of the cylinders (5). All cylinders are supplied with hydraulic oil from an external
system of an agricultural tractor. The connection hoses (10) should be connected to relevant
sections of the tractor distributor. Use the valve levers (7) to run the hydraulic wall lifting
system. The upper six-way valve (7) lifts up and lowers the side walls (1) and the lower valve
moves the arms apart and folds them back together (4).
