The device switches
off during operation. The medicament holder is not
attached correctly. Attach the medicament holder
correctly and restart the device.
The electrodes at the medicament
holder are dirty. Clean the electrodes and restart
the device.
The power adapter has no proper
contact to the device. Connect the power adapter
correctly.
The medicament holder is empty. Fill the medicament holder.
There has been no contact for
more than 10 seconds
between the inhalation solution
and the mesh membrane. Slightly tilt the inhaler in order to
establish a contact between
the inhalation solution and the mesh
membrane.
The device was shaken vigorously
during operation. Calmly and firmly hold the device
during operation in your hand.
The medicament holder is
defective. Replace the medicament holder by
a new one.
The device
does not switch off
automatically
even though the
medicament
holder is empty. The inhalation solution used
strongly foamed up. Clean the medicament holder and
restart the device.
The electrodes at the medicament
holder are dirty. Clean the electrodes and restart

The electrodes at the main device
and/or the medicament holder
are discoloured. Clean the electrodes and restart
the device.
The medicament holder is
defective. Replace the medicament holder
by a new one.
The medicament
holder leaks. The medicament holder is
defective. Replace the medicament holder
by a new one.
The sealing of the medicament
holder is defective.
The inhalation with
the mask takes longer
.
This has technical reasons.
Through the mask openings,
you inhale less inhalant per breath
than via the mouthpiece. The
inhalant is mixed with ambient air
through the holes.
If the interference cannot be remedied, please contact the manufacturer before trying to
repair the device on your own.
TROUBLESHOOTING
