5.1.2 Autoset
Autoset function automatically configures the panel settings to the best
viewing conditions, in the following way.
a. Selecting the horizontal scale.
b. Positioning the waveform horizontally.
c. Selecting the vertical scale.
d. Positioning the waveform vertically.
e. Selecting the trigger source channel.
f. Activating the channels.
For the OD-411/415 models, Autoset can be configured into two types of
modes, AC Priority Mode or Fit Screen Mode.
AC Priority mode will scale the waveform to the screen removing any DC
component.
Fit Screen Mode will fit the waveform to the best scale, including any DC
components (offset).
1. Connect the input signal to the oscilloscope and press the Autoset
key.
2. The waveform(s) appears in the center of the display.
