A 26 - LED LIGHT UP
Leds visualize state of progress of set cycle.
First five leds refer to heating phase, and second five leds refer to cooling phase, for a total of ten leds.
When tenth led lights up, cooling cycle is terminated and maintenance phase begins.
Above is confirmed by the fact that the previous nine leds turn off, whilst the tenth remains alight.
A 27 - BLACK OUT
In case the electric energy should be interrupted, all the functions of the machine are stopped.
When the tension is back, the first and the tenth led blink.
By pressing the button Reset, the blinking led will turn off and the cycle will be visualised from the point where
it was interrupted.
The user will be able to choose either to start a new cycle or to continue from where it was interrupted.
Anyway, we advise to start a new cycle with the following conditions:
- The cycle had been interrupted during the coolin phase and the time of black out is unknown. An excessive
time at temperatures higher than 4°C allows the offspring of bacteria.
A 28 - PRODUCTION CONTROL
The machines of the STARMIX series allow to control the parameters of the last concluded cycle, by pressing
for 5 seconds the button "Reset".
The following messages will appear one after the other.
1) Carried out cycle (A,B, or P)
2) Temperature ot the beginning of the cycles (tS)
3) Time of cooking in minutes, between the second and the third value (C)
4) Time of the end of cooking
5) Time of mainteining of the cooking in minutes (H)
6) Final temperature of the cooling cycle (tr)
7) Cooling time
8) Total time of the cycle (t)
