Below this temperature the display visualizes the letter
E intermittently, indicating that emulsioner is waiting for
40°C to be reached in order to start operating.
Once this temperature has been obtained, the emulsioner
will start up and
E
will stop flashing, remaining
permanently illuminated.
This means that emulsioner is now in operation, the
mix having reached the threshold of 40° C.
The emulsioner motor may always be excluded, by
pressing the relative button (
19
).
On reaching the standard programmed temperature C1
82 = (temperature at end of heating cycle
A
), one has
two possibilities:
If maintenance time at temperature fixed in cycle
A
is
t1=0 minutes, heating stops and the pre-cooling phase
with water begins, followed by the cooling phase with
compressor.
If the maintenance time at the temperature fixed in cycle
A
is tl=0 minutes, the mix maintenance phase will
begin for the set time.
The temperature will appear on display intermittently.
For example, A82AE, with 82 flashing means:
high pasteurization cycle
A
, maintenance phase at final
temperature of 82° C, mixer in operation, emulsioner in
operation.
Once time t1 has passed, the temperature is visualized
on display with a fixed light and pre-cooling phase
with water then begins, followed by cooling phase with
compressor.
In both cases, if the temperature exceeds two figures,
for example 102°C, letter
E
disappears, even if the
emulsioner is operating (A102A).
During cooling phase at 36° C, the emulsioner motor
turns off, making the letter
E
disappear from display.
