A 23 - COOLING CYCLE
1 - Display in OFF position.
2 - Press button (
28
).
Display will visualize temperature measured by product probe.
3 - Press button (
22
).
Cooling cycle C begins.
Display will visualize selected program at temperature measured by product
probe.
For example, the wording C20 means cooling cycle C with initial product tem-
perature of 20° C.
The mixer motor will start operating, indicated on display
with letter A.
For example C20A means cooling cycle C with initial product
temperature of 20°C and mixer motor in operation.
The refrigerating compressor operates until reaching
maintenance temperature C5 indicated by an acoustic signal
at cycle end.
If the initial temperature of the cooling cycle (C) is higher than 40°C, the
emulsioner motor will start functioning until reaching this temperature.
On reaching 40°C. , the maintenance phase begins.
When the temperature exceeds threshold C5 by 2°C, the compressor starts
functioning until reaching C5 again.
The mixer continues moving.
The mixer movement may be excluded by relative button (
20
).
A 24 - PERSONALIZED CYCLE
1 - Display in OFF position.
2 - Press button (
28
).
The display will visualize temperature measured by product probe.
3 - Press button (
18
).
Personalized cycle P starts up.
It should be pointed out that this cycle reflects high
pasteurization A and low pasteurization B cycles.
The difference stands in the programmable parameter setting
which in this case corresponds to needs of user, whilst in
cycles A, B and C they are already set by PROMAG.
Please remember that the fifteenth parameter Cl 00 should not be modified
by user, but only programmed by technician/installer.
