A 10 - CORRECT USE OF PRODUCT DISPENSING COCK
In order to use the product dispensing cock (

) correctly, the following must be carried out:
begin productive cycle after having carried out cleaning operations indicated in specific paragraph.
However, remember that mechanical parts in contact with food must be perfectly sterilized, whilst those in motion
or sliding must be subsequently lubricated, using advised products or similar.

Cock assembly
Check that piston (

) are duly lubricated.
Insert piston (

) so that it projects into stub pipe until
touching same (see figure page 13).
Assure a perfect centering with small rotations of tap.
Slightly tighten the swivel joint (

) with small rotations
until slightly blocked.
Subsequently block swivel joint utilizing the pin wrench,
duly supplied (fig. A).

Cock disassembly
Repeat previous operations in reverse sequence.
ATTENTION
An imperfect centering of the projecting piston in the stub pipe would cut the external sealing ring, with a
consequential product loss, in addition to rubber residues in the pasteurized mix.
Avoid radial pressures to cock, as they would bend piston and stub pipe with a consequential imperfect water
tightness.

Lift the lever (

perpendicular with respect to frontal side of the machine,
until touching same, subsequently lowering lever in the
special channel (fig. D).

Complete previous operations in opposite direction.
Attention: after every extraction of the mix, wash the
cock perfectly, using the proper swabs.
Subsequently, sterilize by the proper hygienic
solutions.
