You can easily delete characters from your message by using the
DEL
key.
Let's change "HELLO MY NAME IS JOE" to "HELLO JOE".
1. Press
RUN/STOP
to stop the sign.
2. Press
PROG
to program a message.
3. Press
A
to program PAGE A. The sign will read: (PG: A START)
4. Press the
key until the letter "S" from the word "IS" is the last character
on the right. Remember, you can use the
key if you scroll too far.
5. Now press the
DEL
key until the word "HELLO" is the only word seen on
the sign.
6. Press
RUN/STOP
to run the message.
7. "HELLO JOE" should now be seen on the sign.
Editing Your Message
Now that you have programmed a simple message, let's change that message
from "HELLO" to "HELLO MY NAME IS JOE".
