The Online Triggered notification will alert the selected user when the RTU is connected to the
cellular network and transmitting to the server.
The Offline Triggered notification will alert the selected user if the RTU is no longer On-line (not
connected to the server). This can be as a result of power loss for a prolonged time, or a drop
in cellular service. It can take the server up to 20 minutes to detect this condition.

Express has the ability to alert the user when the RTU transitions from online to
offline and offline to online. Click on the tab on the setup screen to setup the online and
offline triggers.
