USER SETUP
As an Account Admin, you can create/edit/delete Users, but not other Account Admins. To set up
additional Account Admins, you need to contact the Dealer level admin or AMI support.
NEW USER SETUP

Click at the top right of the page and select Users.
Once a new user account is created, an email will be sent to the new user’s email address.
The user will have 48h to use the link on the email to verify the information listed above. This
verification process is in place to ensure that new users are aware and willing to receive future
alarm notifications. If the user account is not verified, the notification will not be sent to that user.
