IV.
Front/Rear Castor Assembly
1.
Turn off power to the joystick.
2.
Ensure the unit is in drive mode.
3.
Prop up the side of the unit being serviced.
Tools Required:
- Imperial and Metric Socket Set
- Imperial and Metric Spanner Set
- Calibrated Torque Spanner/Wrench
- Flathead Screwdriver
- Needlenose Pliers
4.
Pry off the castor barrel cap.
5.
With a spanner and socket remove the upper nut securing the assembly in the castor barrel.
6.
With needlenose pliers, remove the washer and shim from the castor barrel.
7.
Slide the castor assembly out of the castor barrel.
8.
Reverse steps 4 to 7 for installation. Torque the nut to
30 N • m (21.7 ft • lb).
