XI. Battery/Power Harness and Circuit Breaker
1.
Turn off power to the joystick.
2.
Ensure the unit is in drive mode.
3.
Disconnect the joystick and all harnesses
that connect to the power base.
Tools Required:
- Phillips Screwdriver
- Wire Cutters
- Imperial and Metric Spanner Set
4.
Remove the seat or seating system.
5.
Remove the front battery door and the rear electronics
door.
See Section I.
6.
Disconnect the battery quick disconnect harnesses and
remove the batteries.
See Section IX.
7.
Remove the top panel and the top shroud.

II.
8.
Disconnect the battery harness from the power module.
9.
Pull back the boots on the circuit breaker to remove the
2 screws and lock washers that attach the battery harness
to the circuit breaker.
10.
Make note of the wiretie locations and cut the wireties
that secure the battery harness to the main frame and the
other harnesses.
11.
Route the replacement battery harness through the
centre of the unit and connect to the power module and
the circuit breaker.
12.
Apply all replacement wireties
13.
Reverse steps 3 to 7 to complete installation.
14.
To remove the circuit breaker, unscrew the reset button
cover and disconnect the battery harness from the rear.
