SPOT LUMINAIRE FIELD SERVICE MANUAL

CAUTION:

Do not overtighten belt, pulley will break and/or bearings will fail.

To set belt tension manually:

Step

1. Orient head as shown in

Figure 3-43

Step

2. Manually move the luminaire head back and forth (tilt) or around (pan), noting the tension created on one

side of belt and deflections on the other.

Step

3. Using 7/16" Allen wrench, tighten belt adjustment screw until no bilateral deflection occurs.
