PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
doesn’t work No power to
hot tub Reset circuit breakers on GFCI panel and
main circuit breaker panel

works Breaker has
tripped Check and reset breaker. If problem
persists, check for loose electrical
connections. Check for Neutral wiring error
at GFCI.
Pump not
running No power to
hot tub Reset circuit breakers on GFCI panel and
main circuit breaker panel
Pump runs
continuous Normal Hot tub is set for 12x2 filtration. Readjust if
necessary.
VST not
working Pump not
turned on Check that the pump (2 or 3) is turned on for
that VST seat (see page 37-40). Check
connections on VST interface box.
Speaker does
not pop up Speaker
mechanism
broken Replace speaker.
Water does Air lock Bleed air from the system (page 47)
not flow Closed jets Open all jets by turning counterclockwise
ACV open Close air control valves
Water too hot High set
temperature Turn down set temperature on topside
