Control
The ACC is designed such that when the measured temperature is below the setpoint
temperature, depending on the Proportional Band (proband) setting, the output will assume
the value shown in the table below.

The setpoint temperature can be adjusted between 16 to 35 on the Remote unit through the
parameter [Setpoint - S]. Due to air chill factor, the actual setpoint used internally for control
will be lifted by several degrees depending on the Fan setting. For example, when the setpoint
is 20, and the fan is set at high speed (3), the control setpoint will be 20+8=28.
Internal setpoint lift due to air chill factor
High = 8°C
Medium = 6°C
Low = 5°C
The proband can be adjusted between 1 to 5 on the Remote unit through the parameter
[Proportional band - b]
The heater output can be switched off from the Remote panel by selecting the parameter [Heat
Off/On - H]; Off [=0], On [=1]. This will also switch off the heatsink fan unless the heatsink
temperature is higher than 50°C.
There is also a fan control selection [Fan off,low,mid,high - F] on the Remote unit which
enables the fan to switch between high speed [=3], medium speed [=2], low speed [=1] and
off [=0].
The output cycle time for the heater output is fixed at 0.3s and cannot be changed.
