ASSEMBLY
To prepare your pressure washer for operation, you
will need to perform the following:
1. Attach handle to main unit frame
2. Attach axle / wheels
3. Add oil to engine
4. Add fuel to fuel tank
5. Connect high pressure hose to spray gun & pump
6. Connect water supply to pump
7. Connect nozzle extension to spray gun
8. Select and install desired quick connect spray tip.
ATTACHING THE HANDLE
1. Place handle assembly onto handle supports
connected to main unit frame. Fasten handle to
main unit using fasteners provided in parts bag.
NOTE: It may be necessary to move the handle
supports from side to side in order to align the
handle so it will slide inside the handle supports.
2. Fit axle to main unit and attach wheels using lock
nuts provided in the parts bag.
3. Insert multi-coloured spray tips in spaces
provided in handle.
CHECKING THE ENGINE OIL:
IMPOR TANT: All washers are shipped without
engine oil. USE A QUALITY SAE30 GRADE OIL.
1. Place unit on a level surface
2. Remove oil filler cap / dipstick and wipe it clean.
3. Insert oil filler cap / dipstick into filler neck, but DO
NOT screw it in.
4. Remove dipstick. Proper oil level is at mid-point of
dipstick. Add oil if necessary to bring oil level to
top of sump threads.
5. Install and tighten cap.
NOTE: Check oil often during engine break-in.
Damage to equipment resulting from failure to follow
this instruction will void warranty.
CHANGING THE ENGINE OIL:
!
CAUTION: Any attempt to crank or start the
engine before it has been properly filled with
the recommended oil will result in equipment
failure.
Drain the oil when the engine is warm, warm oil
drains quickly and completely.
1. Place a suitable container below the engine to
catch the used oil, then remove the oil cap/
dipstick, oil drain plug and sealing washer.
2. Allow the used oil to drain completely, then
reinstall the oil drain plug and a new sealing
washer, and tighten the oil drain plug securely.
3. With the engine in a level position, fill with the
recommended oil (SAE30) to the upper level
mark.
4. Install the oil filler cap/dipstick and tighten.
5. Dispose of used oil at a proper collection centre.
