Oil Change Periods

The oil in the pump should be changed after the

first two hours of use. Following this, an oil change

should be performed when the oil becomes

discoloured or every 50 hours of use, whichever

event occurs first.

CAUTION! Do not exceed the

manufacturer's maximum pressure by

increasing the unloader adjustment range.

(This will void pump warranty)

!

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF

CHILDREN. DON'T POLLUTE.

CONSERVE RESOURCES.

RETURN USED OIL TO

COLLECTION CENTRES.

CAUTION! Avoid prolonged or repeated

skin contact with used motor oil. Used

motor oil has been shown to cause skin

cancer in certain laboratory animals.

Thoroughly wash exposed areas with soap

and water.

!

CAUTION! The maximum engine RPM has

been set at the factory.  TAMPERING WITH

ENGINE GOVERNOR WILL VOID WARRANTY

NOTE: Performing an oil change will be easier if

the machine has been run and the pump is still

warm.

Pressure Adjustment

Pump pressure may be adjusted by turning the

unloader adjustment knob.

Pump failure is most commonly due to lack of care

in operation and poor or no maintenance rather

than manufacturing defects. Issues caused by

operator error and/or lack of correct maintenance

will not be considered under warranty.

To remove a worn or damaged o-ring; use a small

flathead screwdriver to get underneath the o-ring

and pry it off.

Check Pump Oil Level

The oil level should come to the dot in the middle of

the sight glass (AA).
