The

will

from

RPM
(rotations
per
minute)
The
computer
will
display
the
current
rotations
per
minute
from
0
‐
999
rotations.
DISTANCE
Press
the
MODE
button
until
the
function
DISTANCE
appears
on
the
display.
Then
press
the
UP
or
DOWN
button
to
set
the
distance.
The
distance
is
adjustable
from
0,0
–
99,99
km.
The
computer
will
count
back
from
the
set
value
to
'0,0'.
When
the
set
value
has
been
reached,
there
will
be
a
sound
signal.
If
you
do
not
set
a
value,
the
computer
will
display
the

covered
distance
from

CALORIES
Press
the
MODE
key
until
the
function
CALORIES
appears
on

display.
Then
press
the
UP
or
DOWN
button
to
set
the
number
of
calories
to
be
burned.
The
number
of
calories
to
be
burned
is
adjustable
from

‐
999
calories.
The
computer
will
count
back
from
the
set
value
to
'0'.
As
soon
as
the
set
value
has
been
reached,
there
will
be
a
sound
signal.
If
you
do
not
set
the
number
of
calories
to

burned,
the

will
display

of
burned
calories
from

calories.
PULSE
Press
the
MODE
button
until
the
function
PULSE
appears
on
the
display.
Then
press
the
UP
or
DOWN
button
to
set
the
number
of
heart
beats
per
minute.
The
number
of
heart
beats
per
minute
is
adjustable
from
30
‐
240
beats.
Place
the
palms
of
your
hands
on
the
hand
pulse
sensors
on
the
handlebar.
The
computer
will
display
the
current
number
of
beats
per
minute.
As
soon
as
the
set
value
has
been
reached,
there
will
be
a
sound
signal.
RECOVERY
If
you
want
to
measure
your
fitness
after
the
training,
press
the
RECOVERY
button.
Place
the
palms
of
your
hands
on
the
hand
pulse
sensors
on
the
handlebar
for
1
minute.
Once
0:00
is
reached,
your
fitness
is
displayed
in
values
of
F1
‐
F6.
