ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
When this manual refers to a part number, it refers to the included Parts List.
BLADE GUARD INSTALLATION
The air body saw comes with a long and short blade guard. Select the blade
guard that is appropriate for the task.
1. To install or replace the blade guard (34),
use the 2mm hex key wrench (31) to
loosen the set screws (30).
2. Insert the blade guard (34).
3. Tighten the set screws (30) using the hex
key wrench (31).
SAW BLADE INSTALLATION
1. Loosen the screw (38) holding the chuck
cover (26) to the body saw housing (28).
2. Lift up the chuck cover (26).
3. Loosen one of the set screws (30) on
the blade chuck (33) with the 4mm hex
key wrench (36).
4. Install a new blade. Make sure
the blade is properly seated in the
blade chuck (33).
5. Tighten the set screw (30) on the blade
chuck (33), loosened in step 3, using
the hex key wrench (36).
6. Fasten the screw (38) to fix the chuck
cover (26) to the body saw housing (28).
