ADJUSTMENTS
Main system pressure relief (A), factory setting is
2100psi MAX. Loosen jamb nut and turn clock wise to
increase the pressure or counter clock wise to reduce
the pressure.
Flow control valve(B), controls the down speed of the
truck leveler. Loosen the set screw and turn the knob
clock wise to slow the unit down, or counter clock wise
to increase the speed down.
NOTE: If unit comes down too fast is may lock up the
velocity fuses. Adjust the flow control clock wise and
depress the RAISE button to run the unit again.
When service under the truck leveler is required,
always lock all electrical disconnects in the OFF
position after raising the platform and support
by alternate means This alternate means may
include, but not limited to a boom truck, fork truck,
stabilizing bar or equivalent.
Always stand clear of the truck leveler when in
motion.
Always post safety warnings and barricade the
work area at truck level and dock level to prevent
unauthorized use of the truck leveler before
maintenance is complete.
