Correct spray technique
1. To achieve best result hold spray gun 23-30
cm from surface to be sprayed. This prevents
air getting into the pump until the liquid
runs out.
2. Uneven spray movements will cause bubbles
and runs in the paint. Always use smooth,
even arm movements.
3. Use arm, not wrist. (6 – 7)
Some tips
•
Always clean the surface first for the best
result. Clean and protect surface from dust.
•
Check for correct setting by trying out on
a price of board or the like.
•
Use good quality paint. This will help avoid
runs. If applying more than one coat, allow
each coat to dry properly before applying the
next.
•
Cover all other surfaces to avoid accidental
spraying.
•
See illustration number (8) for the best
method.
•
Remember that excess paint can fall on the
surrounding areas.

is finished to clean internal parts. Remember
not to exceed the flashpoint of 21º C.
2. Disconnect from the mains.
3. Dry outer surfaces and parts with a dry cloth.
Never submerge the gun in a liquid. (9)
4. Remove the container, valves and paint nozzle.
