9. Use safety goggles Always wear a face- or dust
mask if a lot of fine spray is produced.
10. If a vacuum cleaner is used to extract fine
spray, check it is connected correctly.
11. Do not mistreat the cable. Never carry by
the cable, and never pull the plug out by the
cable. Keep the cable away from hot or sharp
objects.
12. Use screw cramps to hold materials to be
painted.
13. Ensure you have a good stance and correct
balance when working.
14. Keep tools sharp and clean for better, safer
results. Follow lubrication and replacement
of accessories guide. Check cable regularly.
If damaged, get it repaired by an authorised
dealer. Keep handle dry and clean.
15. Switch off at mains when not in use or
changing accessories.
16. Before start, check machine is in 0 position.
17. When using outdoors, check extension cable
is suitable for outdoor use.
18. Do not carry with a finger on the on/off
button.
19. Stay alert. Use the machine with care. Do not
use if tired or unwell.
20. Check for damaged parts. Always check other
parts before use. Assess whether machine’s
ability to operate will be affected. Damaged
parts must be replaced or repaired by an
authorised technician. Damaged switches must
be replaced by the manufacturer. Do not use
if the ON/OFF button is defective.
21. When the machine is to be repaired, always use
an authorised dealer which uses only original
spare parts. Failure to do so can cause injury.
22. Switches and cables must be replaced by a
professional.
General remarks
Method of use
Pour liquids in through spray nozzle. Under
pressure, the liquid is forced out in a fine spray.
Painting without compressed air is best as it
avoids waste.
Use
Ideal for painting woodwork, fences, indoor and
outdoor furniture, windows, doors, etc.
FOLLOWING ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR PAINTING
WITH THIS GUN.

Materials containing abrasives.
•
Glazing products.
•
Materials containing various types of paint.
•
Corrosive and alkaline materials.
Use of such products can cause damage to the gun
and invalidate the guarantee.
Preparing material to be sprayed
Thin the paint to be used to the required DIN value.
Thinners (DIN)
1. Stir thoroughly.
2. Submerge measuring cup under the surface.
3. Lift cup and time how long it takes to empty
totally in seconds. This time is known as the
‚DIN time‘. Written as DIN/sec.
Vibrations transferred to arm are less than 2.5 m/s²
