9. General regulations
Claims of the guarantor of the guarantee-entitled operator from this manufacturing guarantee
shall only be assignable to third parties with the prior written consent of the Power-Blox.
Should a provision of this manufacturing guarantee be or become invalid, the effectiveness of
the remaining provisions of the manufacturing guarantee shall remain unaffected. In the place of
the ineffective or ineffective provision, an effective regulation is automatically agreed as to which
of the invalid or ineffective provision comes as close as possible to their economic content. In
the case of a gap, the above regulation applies accordingly. This manufacturing guarantee is
exclusively subject to Swiss law, excluding the provisions of international private law and the UN
purchase law. The exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this
manufacturing guarantee is Aarau, Switzerland.
