Check the timing of the needle and
looper. Reset if necessary.
If the thread is making a large loop, raise
the needle bar. If the thread is making a
small loop, lower the needle bar.
Check thread condition. Change thread
spool: upper thread must be the same
weight as looper thread.
Align or replace spreader.
