Polti Bioecologico, the natural, perfumed
anti-foam deodorant which, in addition to
releasing a pleasant perfume, prevents the
formation
of
foam
in
the
water
filter,
guaranteeing the correct operation of the
appliance. (For more details, please refer to
the chapter on Polti Bioecologico).
1.7 Reinsert the filter unit in the water
container (Z). Close the container handle
making sure that it is properly attached.

Reposition
the
water
container
proceeding
in
the
reverse
manner
as
previously described, making sure that the air
passage tube in the water filter unit coincides
with the connection on the machine.
1.9 Reposition the lid (R), so that the two
levers on the cover match the relative
positions on the machine, rotating it until it is
locked.
2. USE FUNCTIONS
The functions of the appliance (steam clea-
ning, vacuuming, detergent and the combi-
ned functions) must be set according to the
type of optional accessories that you decide
to use.
For the optional accessories containing a
flexible hose (1; 9) open the door of the built-
in socket; insert the built-in plug pushing it
(Pic. 6), without pressing the button, until the
hooking mechanism clicks, then check that it
is tight. To disconnect the built-in plug from
the appliance, press the button and pull the
plug to remove it from the appliance.
Completely unwind the power cable and con-
nect it to an appropriate mains socket (Pic.
7). Always use the product with the cord
completely unwound.
2.1 STEAM FUNCTION
It is possible to use this function with: the
Steam & Vacuuming Kit PAEU0375 (chap.
9.1),
the
Vaporflexi
Brush
Steam
Kit
PAEU0377 (chap. 9.2), the Steam Mop
accessory PAEU0257 (chap. 9.15).
• Press the main switch (K) below the control
panel. The first level of suction indicators
(D) will start to flash.
• Press the boiler ON switch (G). The boiler
ON indicator (C) will light up.
• Wait for the pressure indicator (A) to
light up.
• Ensure that the steam lock on the handle is
deactivated (1 ; 9).
• Press the steam request button on the
handle to release steam (1 ; 9).
2.2 VACUUM FUNCTION
It is possible to use this function with: the
Steam & Vacuuming Kt PAEU0375 (chap. 9.1).
Press the main switch (K) below the control
panel. The first level of suction indicators (D)
will start to flash.
You can activate the suction function either
by using the ON push-button (E) on the
control panel or by the suction push-button
on the handle.
From the control panel: Press the ON push-
button (E) and hold it down for a few
seconds. The suction fan will start to run at
the lowest speed, and the first level of the
suction UP indicators will stop flashing and
remain steadily lit.
From the handle: press the push-button on
the handle. The suction fan will start to run at
the lowest speed, and the first level of the
indicators will stop flashing and remain
steadily lit
.
2.3 WASH FUNCTION
It is possible to use this function with: the
Steam & Vacuuming Kit PAEU0375 (chap.
9.1),
the
Vaporflexi
Brush
Steam
Kit
PAEU0377 (chap. 9.2), the Steam Mop
accessory PAEU0257 (chap. 9.15).
To use the wash function with water release:
• Press the main switch (K) below the control
panel, and the first level of the suction up
indicators (D) will start flashing.
• Press the boiler ON switch (G). The boiler
ON indicator will light up (C).
WARNING: Inserting the water filter collec-
tor incorrectly can cause a reduction in suc-
tion power.
WARNING: Do not release steam if the indi-
cator (A) is off, wait for it to light up, so that
the system is stabilised thereby enabling
maximum performance.
Make sure that the washing function (L) is
off (indicator on the green switch).
WARNING: The first time it is used, drops of
water may leak out. This is due to an imper-
fect thermal stabilisation within the sheath.
We therefore recommend directing the first
jet of steam onto a cloth, until a uniform jet
is obtained.
WARNING: Suction function should be used
to pick up liquids/wet substances only, not
for collecting dry dirt.
