WORK
Pic. 5 Main window view while operating.
The fan operates constantly – see Pic. 6. Fuel
feeder is engaged periodically. One period
consists of feeder operating time and pause
in feeding time.

In Operation mode, the controller adjusts
burner output within the maximum -
minimum programmed boiler output range.
The parameters related to maximum boiler
output (fuel dose and blow-in output) can be
accessed through:
Menu
→
Boiler settings
→
Output
modulation
.
The fuel dose for minimum output is fixed
and is 30% of the maximum dose. For
minimum output, you can only adjust
blow-in
output for min. boiler output
in:
Menu
→
Service settings
→
Burner
settings
→
Operation
.
The parameter related to boiler output is
cycle time operation
located in:
Menu

Service settings

.
You can choose between two regulation
modes
which
stabilize
preset
boiler
temperature:
1. Standard – linear output modulation
2. Fuzzy Logic – smooth output modulation
To set the regulation mode:

→
Boiler settings
→
Regulation
mode
Standard mode operation
Boiler output regulation begins when boiler
temperature approaches preset temperature,
i.e. when the boiler sensor reaches:
Preset
boiler temperature – Max./Min. hysteresis.

Reducing the value of the parameter

temperature as set in the boiler temperature

. The parameter is located in:

modulation.
If boiler temperature reaches preset value,
the controller switches to SUPERVISION
mode or burn off if SUPERVISION is disabled.
Operation in Fuzzy Logic mode
In Fuzzy Logic mode the controller
automatically regulates burner power to
allow boiler operation in such a way to
maintain its temperature on preset level. The
controller uses power levels defined in
Standard mode. In this mode the parameters
Hysteresis H2
and
Hysteresis H1
do not have
to be set.
The Fuzzy Logic mode unlike the Standard
mode is not faulty in respect of failing to
reach the preset boiler temperature due to
incorrect adjustement of
Hysteresis H2
and
Hysteresis H.
It also allows for quicker reach
the preset temperature.
