Load content from hard disk to burn : Allows you to load a
set of project files that you have previously saved on your hard
disk and burn the project now. To take a project you have
burned to your hard disk and burn it to a DVD or CD: Go the
Project menu and select Load image to burn. In the Burning
Wizard you see that the Load content from hard disk to burn
button is selected. Browse and select the IVD_DVD folder, and
press the Next button. You see the Device Setting window
immediately. Choose the device you want to burn to, the speed
of the burning, and the number of copies. Then press the Start
button to begin recording.
When burning is done, the burned disc is ejected and you see a window
indicating the burn process is complete.
Compression Options
Together, the ConvertX and WinDVD Creator support many different
MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 compression profiles for
incoming video.
WinDVD Creator supports an variety of formats for output , too. How
much you can fit on a DVD or CD? Storage rates vary based on the
capacity of the disc, frame size and selected resolution. See the tables on
page 53 in Appendix A to help you decide what compression and media
to use.
Saving to a File
You don’t need to save your project to a DVD or CD. You can simply
save it to any of a host of file formats for sharing.

To save to a file, in WinDVD Creator go to Tools | Output to File
and select a file format.
You see a full list of the output file formats available with WinDVD
Creator, as well as the parameters and details for all formats. You can
convert video to any of the formats listed, including DivX, Video
CD/MPEG-1, SVCD/MPEG-2, DVD/MPEG-2, DV-AVI, and Windows
Media.
