Why is there no sound coming
from the device?
Why is the touch screen not

Answer

If the earphone is plugged into the device, the
speaker automatically shut off. Disconnect the earphone.

Check that the device
’
s volume setting is not muted.
In the
System
panel, tap Volume.
The screen may have lost its calibration.
Recalibrate the screen. Go to the

You may be trying to view an image that is not
supported by IMAGE. Go to the

section for a list of supported image formats.
The device

s multimedia programs are not available in
navigation mode. This is for safety reason; not to distract
