Attach 2-1/2" Wheels to Speed Limiter Arms
and insert into Speed Limiter Base as shown
in Figure 4.
NOTE:
Do not use liquid thread lock (such as
Loctite®) on the 1/2" Jam Nuts and
1/2" x 2" Hex Bolts.
