The appliance
tries to open the door. The
error code remains until the
door lock is deactivated. Or
turn the rotary knob to
position « O

» for at least 3
seconds to switch off the
appliance.
Start a
programme. The error code
goes off.

1. Unbalance alarm: laundry in
the drum is not distributed.

» for at least 3
seconds to switch off the
appliance.
Open the
appliance. Remove the
laundry, shake it out and put
it back into the drum. Set the
programme « S
PIN
» and
start the programme.
If the problem cannot be
solved, switch off and
unplug the appliance, close
the water tap and contact the
aftersales service.
2. Unbalance alarm: too little
laundry. If the laundry load
in the appliance is too low
to reach a balance of the
drum, the spin cycle may
not start. Then you have to
reload laundry.
