OW TO DRAIN THE RESIDUAL WATER VIA THE WATER DRAIN PIPE

1.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains.
2.
Remove the cover panel (

) of the drain pump filter (

); s. fig. below.
3.
Place a container (

) in front of the opening; s. fig. below.
4.
Pull the water drain pipe (
E
) out of the appliance carefully; see fig. below.
5.
Place the end of the water drain pipe (
E
) in the container (
D
): see fig. below.
6.
Remove the plug (
F
) of the water drain pipe (turn carefully until it comes off the
water drain pipe); see fig. below.
7.
Wait until the water has drained off completely.
8.
Reinstall the plug (
F
) of the water drain pipe (
E
) properly.
9.
Fill the detergent dispenser with 1 litre of water. Check that the connection (water
drain pipe - plug) is leakproof.
10.
Push the water drain pipe (
E
) back into the appliance.
7.4 Cleaning of the water inlet valve
The water inlet valve should be cleaned
at least
once every six months.
The water inlet valve has to be cleaned, when it is not or improperly supplied with
water with the tap opened.
1.
Close the water tap.
2.
Disconnect the appliance from the mains (unplug).
3.
Remove the water inlet hose from the
tap
.
4.
Clean the internal filter and reconnect the water inlet hose to the tap.
