3.1 Before the first use

Remove all packaging material.

Clean the oven inside from all protective agents.
3.
Take out the supplied accessories and clean them with warm water and
washing-up liquid.
4.
Switch on the room ventilation or open a window.

Let the oven operate (250

C) for 30 minutes. Now a little bit of smoke and
odour may be generated for approx. 15 minutes. This is normal. They are
generated by the substance, that protects your appliance against damage caused
by the shipment from the manufacturer's works.

Clean the oven with warm water and washing-up liquid only.
3.1.1 Accessories

(oven pan) and / or a
baking tray
(deep oven pan) are included in the scope of delivery.
Clean the supplied accessories with warm soapy water and a soft cloth before
you use the appliance for the first time.
When the slide-in elements (e.g., grilling grate / drip tray / baking tray) become
hot, they may deform. As soon as the slide-in elements have cooled, they return
to their original shape. The functionality is not affected thereby.
NOTICE!
Always ensure that the slide-in elements (e.g., grilling grate /
drip tray / baking tray) are fully inserted into the oven, so they do not
collide with the oven door when closing it
NOTICE!
If you grill on the grilling grate directly,
always
use the drip tray
or the baking tray to catch the dripping grease of the food to be grilled.

The grilling grate is suitable for the grilling, roasting and baking of food; it is
also suitable for the cooking of food in casseroles and for the baking of cakes in
cake moulds.
