Phone Line
External Modem Connections - Back of the IntelliLink® Control
Center
This figure shows the connection between an external modem and the
USB modem connector on the back of the control center. This also shows
the AC adapter plugged into the control center after it has been removed
from the mailing system and moved to an analog phone line.

Base
If you are using an external modem and there is an analog phone line near
your mailing system, you should connect the modem to the USB connector
on the back of the control center as shown in the figure below.
